Holly Day Fair Crown Expo Center The Junior League of Fayetteville is hoping to continue their tradition of helping others with the Holly Day Fair – last year's fair brought in over $284,000, all of which was given back to the local community – and you're invited to participate in this year's event! With approximately 200 vendors and thousands of guests expected to crowd into the Crown Expo Center, the Holly Day Fair is going to be a huge event. You'll be able to browse handcrafted and manufactured merchandise such as jewelry, household items, crafts, decorations, clothes, food and more. A Dickens Holiday Downtown Fayetteville
New this year! Gerald Dickens, the great-great grandson of Charles Dickens, will delight the public! Join him for a A Christmas Carol at 1 p.m. and Mr. Dickens is Coming! at 4 p.m. at Hay Street United Methodist Church. In these special one-man shows, Gerald Dickens plays over 30 characters using his vocal and physical talents to bring each scene vividly to life. So roll back the clock with us – and Gerald Dickens! – for A Dickens Holiday. Green Beret Jingle Jog Downtown Fayetteville The 2nd Annual Green Beret Jingle Jog is a 10K Road Race and 5K Fun Run/Walk/Stroller Push through scenic downtown Fayetteville, NC. The Jog is hosted by the Special Forces Association Chapter 100. All proceeds will go to fund our many supportive programs to include: Fallen Heroes Memorial support, Gold Star families bereavement support, Operation Christmas Cheer, Wounded Warrior hunts and unit wide MWR support. |
