HOW TO ENTER AND WIN: . Contest Period runs each Thursday beginning Thursday, April 12, 2012 through Thursday, November 15, 2012. Contest participants must listen on any Thursday during the Contest Period at 9am ET or 2pm ET. At 9am ET and 2pmET each Thursday during the Contest Period, listeners will be prompted to call MIX 101.5 at (919) 860-1015 for an opportunity to win. The verified and eligible fifteenth (15th) person calling after each prompt at either 9am ET or 2pm ET any Thursday during the Contest Period will win a prize of $1,000 (one thousand dollars).
Participants may enter as often as desired but may win only one time during the Contest Period. Entrants entering by phone will be charged standard phone call rates for calls according to the terms and conditions in their calling plan. Wireless services are not available in all areas. Due to the time delay that exists between WRAL-FM over-the-air signal and WRAL-FM online webcast, listeners who listen to the WRAL-FM online signal may hear the “cue to call” later than listeners listening to the over-the-air signal. As a result, the odds of an online listener becoming a winner may be diminished.
PRIZES, VALUES & ODDS OF WINNING:
The Prize: $1,000 offered at both 9am ET and 2pm ET each Thursday during the Contest Period. Up to sixty-four (64) weekly prizes (up to two prizes per Thursday for the thirty-two (32) week Contest Period) will be awarded.
Prize Value: ARV: $1,000 per prize for a total Contest ARV of up to $64,000.
Odds of Winning. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible participants.
WRAL-FM, Inc./Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value.
ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to participate, a contest participant must be 21 years of age or older at the time of initial participation and a permanent, legal U.S. resident residing in the MIX 101.5 listening area. Only one prize per person and only one prize will be awarded per family and/or household during this Contest regardless of its duration. A participant may only win one prize from any MIX 101.5 contest during any thirty (30) day period.
Employees of WRAL-FM, Inc./Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., agents, subsidiaries, representatives, sponsors, affiliates, distributors, prize suppliers, successors, and assignees of WRAL-FM, Inc./Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc., advertising agencies and promotional companies involved in this Contest as well as family and household members of same, shall be ineligible to participate in the Contest and shall be ineligible for any prize.
PRIZE REDEMPTION/CLAIM/RELEASES: Winners will be notified by phone, email, and/or mail. Each winner will be required to execute a prize acknowledgement and release form, an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release when claiming prize. Each winner will also be required to present his/her social security number. Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsors reserve the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received. Prizes may be considered income, and any and all taxes associated with prizes are responsibility of winners. Only the actual winner will be able to claim prizes. If winner(s) cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavit/Release as required, or if the Prize Notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited. No unclaimed prizes will be awarded.
Each winner, by acceptance of a prize, agrees to release WRAL-FM, Inc./Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. their sponsors, advertising and third-party promotion companies from any and all liability for claims, actions or proceedings for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prize or while traveling to, preparing for or participating in any contest-related or prize-related activity. Except where prohibited, by playing the contest, or by winning, participants have granted WRAL-FM, Inc./Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. the right to publicize their name, photograph or likeness, voice and biographical details without compensation or opportunity for review, and have accepted and agreed to be bound by these rules. Names and likenesses of Contest winner(s) may be used by WRAL-FM, Inc./Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. and WRAL-FM, Inc./Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc.’s designee(s) for promotional purposes without further compensation to WRAL-FM, Inc./Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. or the Contest winners(s).
ADDITIONAL PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR: WRAL-FM, Inc./Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant if the contest rules are not followed. No groups, clubs, or organizations may participate in this contest, or reproduce or distribute any portion of these rules to its members. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to damage or interfere with any entry method, online service or website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest will disqualify the individual responsible and is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, WRAL-FM, Inc./Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the full extent permitted by law. Any use of robotic, macro, automatic, programmed or like methods of play will void all such plays, and may subject that participant to disqualification. Sponsors reserve the right at their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her submissions) who tampers with the submission process.
LIABILITY: WRAL-FM, Inc./Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc.are not responsible for problems associated with communications hardware or software, television transmission, radio transmission, cable transmission, satellite transmission, phone lines, wireless or wired systems, handsets, or networks, Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, or other Internet interruptions or malfunctions or for any technical or other difficulties which may prohibit, prevent, or interfere with the transmission of television or radio signals to all or limited geographic areas during any aspect of the contest or which may interfere with a participant's ability to login, participate, call, text, register or submit an entry by any approved method, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God that are beyond the control of WRAL-FM, Inc./Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc.
Neither WRAL-FM, Inc./Capitol Broadcasting Company, Inc. assumes any liability or responsibility in connection with the use of any prize awarded hereunder nor in connection with any warranty or representation therewith..
Neither Sponsors nor Promotion Parties are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Website users, tampering, hacking, or by any of the programming or equipment associated with or used in this Contest, and assumes no responsibility for any errors, omission, deletion, interruption or delay in operation or transmission or communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized Website access. Neither Sponsors nor Promotion Parties are responsible for injury or damage to any participant’s or any other person’s computer or property related to or resulting from participating in this Contest. Should any portion of Contest be, in the Sponsors’ sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsors, corrupt or impair administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Contest, or Contest plays, Sponsors reserves the right at their sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Contest.

NOR CAPITOL BROADCASTING COMPANY, INC IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENTS, OR DELAYS.
